weakening after tracking east of Bermuda. Ophelia produced tropical
storm-force gusts on Newfoundland's Avalon Peninsula.

Summary: Dry,
stable air limited the development of Nate. Two of Mexico's primary oil

(Arlene & Harvey in 2011, Hurricane Karl in 2010).
